• Reflect regularly: Ask yourself what truly matters, and ensure that most of your energy goes there.

Midlife stress and overwhelm: Midlife reflection often raises big questions about balance and purpose. I’m learning that my rhythm involves being active and engaged—sometimes at the expense of energy.
And I’m okay with that.
